The Seduction of Vertumnus

Vertumnus, the God of Seasons in Roman mythology, has this ability to change his form at will. He used his shape-shifting powers to disguise himself as an old woman and seduced Pomona, the Goddess of Fruitful Abundance, and got her to marry him eventually.

Likewise, jooja! has assumed the potency of shape-shifting by revamping our website into a seductive, responsive platform. And it has since helped increase our business and pick up goddesses.


What Is A Responsive Website?

A responsive website is a site that is designed and coded to adapt to all screen sizes, no matter what device the website’s being displayed on. Much like Vertumnus, your website shape-shifts to fit nicely for smartphone, tablet or desktop viewing.

1. BECAUSE OLD AUNTIES ARE ALWAYS ON-THE-GO

The old aunty that sells Sin Chew Noodles at Old Airport Road has a Samsung Note, which she uses to surf Martha Stewart and watch Korean dramas.

We design all our websites on an open-source platform called WordPress. A WordPress-built website allows for easy editing, minimal maintenance and full control (by you the client).  Plus, it’s has inbuilt SEO features, is totally responsive and entirely scalable (meaning you could add new features like e-commerce in future if you wish).

Pricing

Cost-wise, our fees for a non-eCommerce website are $2,850 for set-up with every page at $280. While the cost for an e-Commerce website is $3,850 for the set-up, with every page at $290. More details of pricing can be found here.

WordPress however requires that some technical requirements in your hosting. We will check with you later to see if your hosting provider has the necessary support.
